If you want to use this feature, you have to first find out the code for your country by getting in touch with your service provider.
For few countries the code is same. In this method, you have to dial the code no. before dialing the recipients no.
Example if you are calling a person in Germany or India as both have same code i.e. *31#. You have to dial *31#××××××××××. This ×××× refers to mobile no. of the recipient.

If you are not from the above-mentioned country, you can try either *67 or #31#. Most GSM mobile networks work with #31#.
Second Method – Contact Your Carrier for Permanent Blocking
You can use this method if you don’t want anyone to see your phone number on the permanent basis. For this, you have to contact your carrier and set a permanent caller Id blocking. You may have to pay few charges to use this service depend on the terms and condition of your carrier.
This feature is not available for prepaid plan users. Also, once you block your no. using this method and want to make an unblock call to someone, you can’t do. - Open the Settings app

- Click on Show My Caller ID and then toggle the slider to ON.
For Android Phone Users –

If you use android 4.0 and earlier –
- Open the Settings app,
- Click on Call
- Click on Additional settings Option
- Click on Caller ID
- Click on Hide number
If you use Android 4.1 and later –
- Open the Phone app
- Click on Menu button,
- Click Call settings

- Click Hide number
For Windows Phone Users –
If you use windows phone, follow the below steps –
Windows Phone 8 –
- Open the Phone app
- Click on the more button
- Click on settings
- Click the box under “Show my caller ID to”
